During Mughal period some fanaticisms tried to break the main idol of Lord Ajitnathji but got frozen miraculously. That is why the place was named as Bandha. In 1953 Aacharyashri Mahavirkirtiji paused anointment water in dry well, since then the well is full of water. Many miraculous incidents are observed here frequently pilgrims visit here from distant places and get superb peace of mind and desired things as well. Continually Shantinath Vidhan are organized here. Annual Fair- Chaitra Sudi 3 to 5.
